Terms & Conditions

That all fees are paid in full before leaving your guest(s), and if any further fees should arise during the stay, that these are paid on collection.

We ask that all pets are in good health on arrival - we reserve the right to refuse animals should they appear to be in poor health. 

We will need proof of up-to-date vaccinations for rabbits for Myxomatosis & VHD and RVHD2 before their stay. (Should a rabbit arrive with insufficient or lapsed vaccinations, we will have to refuse boarding but still charge the full balance of the boarding fee).

Animals are boarded at the sole risk of the owner. We will look after your pets to the best of our ability, but we cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury, theft, loss, predator attack or death whilst in our care.

If your pet becomes ill during its stay, we will make every effort to contact you, and your pet will receive immediate medical attention from our local vet. We will keep you fully updated throughout. Any costs incurred shall be payable upon collection of your pet.

In the unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in our care we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes.

Should you fail to return to collect your pet and we are unable to contact you within 7 days we will seek to re-home your pet and invoice you for any costs incurred in this process.
